Package Booking Policy

Booking terms for travel packages.

Please read the following terms carefully before booking a travel package with us.

Booking Confirmation

Your package booking is confirmed once full or advance payment is received and a confirmation is sent to your email and phone.

A confirmation ID is shared for tracking.
Keep your booking ID handy for modifications.

Payment Terms

Full payment of the trip cost must be made before 7 days of trip begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

Package Rates

Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Cancellation

Package cancellations are subject to our package cancellation policy. Please refer to the Package Cancellation Policy page for the applicable refund slabs.
